Brief Description of Work:

Circles of Confusion is an experimental examination of images of water, and "family". The project is comprised of footage shot underwater using HD, PXL Vision, and VHS video cameras. The colour was inverted in the editing process, so that it will look much like a black and white negative image, or an x-ray. These images are layered with archival home movies to invoke the inherent innocence contained in these universal images of "family" in the western world, and their darker implications.
